Applying Design Thinking to Foster Flexibility in Students’ Career Pathways

The Life Design concepts popularized by the Stanford design school and the book Designing Your Life, provide a useful framework for those facilitating conversations with students about academic paths, career exploration, and general life planning. In this workshop, participants will learn more about the design thinking model and its intersections with the SAIL framework, share their own insights and perspectives, and brainstorm practical applications of design thinking in their work with students.
