Designing Interactive Multimedia for Learning, Part I
- Organizer: Center for Advancing Teaching and Learning through Research
- Venue: 215 Snell Library
This two-session workshop series will help participants design and develop effective interactive elements for online content modules (like those created in Articulate Storyline). Participants are encouraged to bring a slide presentation that they would like to turn into an interactive module. The first session will address design principles for multimedia learning and meaningful uses of interactivity. Participants will be encouraged to apply the lessons from this workshop in a PowerPoint presentation before the second session. The second session will provide hands-on training on using Storyline to develop the module.
