Wellness Series: Breaking the Silence (in person)

A safe space created for students to be able to drop-in and process encounters involving racism as well as the intersection of these experiences with other "-isms" or "-phobias", including but not limited to xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, classism, ableism, sexism, size-ism, religious prejudice, etc.
Who should attend? Anyone wanting to feel safe while processing a current or past episode of feeling like an outsider or other based off a single characteristic or multiple characteristics related to their identity.
What can be expected? Preservation of respect and dignity of all attendees. Creating a network for mutual support and inclusivity.
