NSF GRFP, NDSEG, and Other STEM Grad Opportunities Info Session

In this in-person info session, the Undergraduate Research and Fellowships team will discuss putting together the strongest possible NSF Graduate Research Program Fellowship application, as well as keys to some of the related STEM Fellowship awards -- the NDSEG, the GEM Fellowship, and more. We’ll do a broad overview of the application elements, look over previous examples of winning applications, and learn to read like a reviewer. Be sure to bring a copy of your latest resume/CV.

The NSF GRFP recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported STEM disciplines who are pursuing research-based master’s and doctoral degrees. The five-ear fellowship includes three years of financial support including an annual stipend of $34,000 and a cost of education allowance of $12,000 to the institution.

Applicants for the NSF GRFP must be US citizens, nationals, or permanent residents. Please be sure to check the other eligibility requirements are as set forth in the Program Solicitation.
