Systems Thinking Series: Autumn’s Season of Thanks: Insights Within an Iceberg
- Organizer: The Waters Center for Systems Thinking
- Venue: Viritual
Throughout the world, people of different cultures, in countless countries, traditionally give thanks in the autumn. For many, the time to do this coincides with the harvest moon. For others, it’s on a set day in October or November. On the first Thursday in October, join with systems thinking colleagues as we use the iceberg graphic in small groups to reflect on what we have “harvested” this year, what has changed based on the harvesting, how the harvesting affects our stock of “gratitude,” and what mental models may have come to light.
Come with an idea of something you’ve “harvested” this year … e.g., an individual project, a new coaching relationship, a team effort. In the tradition of fall festivals, and our Open Studio gatherings, you’ll reap new ideas and benefit from sharing with friends!
