Do you find yourself losing track of how you’re spending your time? Do you sometimes face indecision or anxiety when it comes to defining which task should get your attention? As students, sometimes the hardest part of your academic experience isn’t managing your course content, but rather managing all of your myriad obligations in a relatively short span of time.!
In this workshop, offered by the Office of Global Services, we’ll discuss the underlying causes of procrastination and how to overcome them so that you can focus on efficiency and productivity. You’ll also come away with concrete strategies that will aid in determining which of your competing priorities should come first in a given moment and establishing a schedule that will actually help you achieve balance.
