Wellness Series: UHCS Yoga for Mental Wellness

Learn how to manage symptoms of stress and maintain mental wellness through different forms of meditation and incorporation of gentle yoga postures into your self care routines. 

No prior yoga experience required. Students are required to bring their own yoga mat or towel to practice on, and should wear appropriate fitness attire.
