Husky cards

If you uploaded your photo to the Husky Card Center no later than Wednesday, 8/24 at 12pm EST, your will be able to pick up your Husky card during Orientation.

If you uploaded your photos after August 24 at 12 pm EST, please visit Husky Card Services in Speare  Hall to pick up your card.

If you have not uploaded your photo, visit Husky Card Services to have your photo taken and get your card printed.

Photo Upload Instructions

To access the system, please log in through this direct link.

  Select Submit ID Photo from the menu on the left.  

Step 1: Upload a copy of your passport, drivers license, or another form of government-issued identification.

  • Photo must display both your date-of-birth and your picture
  • File must be no larger than 300 x 300 pixels

Step 2: Upload a personal photo. Access to this step will activate after submitting your identification. All personal photos must be original files and not scans or photographs of other documents.

  • Photo must be in color
  • Photo must be cropped from the neck up prior to uploading
  • Your face must be fully visible and facing the camera
  • Photo background should be solid white
  • Do not use a photo with hats, sunglasses, graduation caps, or other people/objects visible
  • File must be no larger than 300 x 300 pixels
  • Once your photo is submitted successfully, it will be placed in a queue to be reviewed. You will receive an email within a few days letting you know if your picture has been accepted or denied. If your photo is denied, it will state the reason and require you to re-submit.
