National Science Foundation Funded Postdoctoral Research Diversity Fellowship – Now Open for Applications

Radial Analytics is seeking a PhD graduate with a strong background in data science, advanced analytics, and / or machine learning to join their growing team. Radial analytics’ customers are hospitals and health insurers; the ideal candidate is passionate about improving healthcare. Knowledge of healthcare datasets and/or experience in healthcare informatics is desired but not required. The funding, through the National Science Foundation and the American Society of Engineering Education, includes 2 years of Postdoctoral research support to train with a small business that has engaged with the nationally funded SBIR program.

To be an eligible, applicants as of the time of the fellowship start date must be U.S. Citizens, national, or permanent residents, and have earned a PhD in a STEM-related field within the last three years. Current PhD candidates are encouraged to apply but you would not begin the fellowship until your degree is completed. Successful candidates must be in a position to advance diversity within their fields. In addition, candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident; have earned a doctoral degree in a STEM-related field within the last seven years of application date; and not have received a prior postdoctoral fellowship in a corporate laboratory for a term of more than six months.
