“Open minds lead to open doors.” This is certainly true for those who live and work by the Habits, concepts and tools of systems thinking. But what about those who are not yet familiar with systems thinking? How can we help them open their minds to systems thinking, and therefore, open the door to new opportunities and desired results? And for starters, how do we even describe what systems thinking is?! If you have tried to do this, you know it isn’t easy! In this Open Studio webinar, you will hear examples of how to share and demonstrate the value systems thinking brings to people of different ages, backgrounds and cultures. You will also learn how to create a shared, easily understood “systems language,” agreeable to all types of learners. Participants will be encouraged to share their own stories and experiences of how they became champions of systems thinking in their work and day-to-day life.
