In this workshop, PhDs and Postdocs will be guided through a series of self-assessment strategies and exercises that can help you discover your values, skills, interests, and personality preferences. We'll discuss the importance of self-assessment for different stages of graduate training, and explore how these strategies can help you prepare for diverse career opportunities - within and beyond academia. You'll leave with a PhD-Network-designed workbook which you can use to continue reflecting on your career path, and make decisions aligned with your unique strengths and needs.
