Systems Thinking Series: Going Deeper: Applied Systems Thinking
- Organizer: The Waters Center for Systems Thinking
- Venue: Virtual
Due to the very positive response of their Open Studio Webinar in early January, David Stroh and Michael Goodman will be facilitating an in-depth two-hour session. Participants will gain a full understanding of the four-stage framework outlined in the book, “Systems Thinking for Social Change” and learn from David and Michael’s experiences, including best practices illustrated by case studies. David and Michael have collectively been teaching, facilitating and consulting in a broad range of sectors all over the globe for decades. This session will benefit participants from any system and of all experience levels.
During this session, David and Michael will: refresh and answer questions on the four-stage framework described in David Stroh’s best-selling book, “Systems Thinking for Social Change”; explore 1-2 case studies related to increasing economic mobility in a major city, addressing education governance, and aligning diverse stakeholders around fire prevention in a state; use the case studies to explore more deeply issues and strategies related to fully engaging stakeholders throughout the process; and provide extended time for open-ended Q&A and conversations.
Registration fee: $50.00
