Wellness Series: The Mindful Scholar – Exploring Contemplative Practices

How can mindfulness support your well-being as well as your approach to teaching and research? In this session, we will explore a host of contemplative practices that can be used to deepen inquiry and reduce stress, and reflect on how these practices can be adapted in a variety of contexts in your life and development as a PhD student. This session will be facilitated by Alexia Ferracuti, Senior Associate Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Through Research (CATLR). Lunch will be provided.
