Our application portal is currently being upgraded. We expect to reopen it soon. At that point you can begin your pre-application directly through the new portal. In the meantime, feel free to submit a question below and we will follow up.
All of your information — submitted materials, stage history, and faculty outreach records — has been preserved and transferred to the new system. Nothing has been lost.
No action is required during the downtime window. Once the new portal is live, you will receive an email with a link and instructions for logging in and continuing from where you left off.
We expect this process to take no longer than a week. We will send you an email as soon as it is ready.

No. The SLATE application portal is a separate system and is not affected by this transition. Your application is proceeding on its normal timeline.
You will receive instructions for accessing the new portal when it launches. If your organization uses single sign-on, the process will be the same as before.
We will send an email to the address on file with a direct link to the new portal and guidance on your next steps based on your current stage.
