Project Title – Automating Method Qualification Report generation workflows

Project Description:  

This LEADERs position is within the Attribute Sciences of Amgen’s Process Development Organization. The project is focused on automating  our internal workflows for generating method qualification reports used in regulatory filings. The LEADER candidate would employ both template-based and generative approaches to build the required computational workflows in a full-stack python development environment. The LEADER candidate will also work alongside our team members in ASDP and aid in our efforts to build a chatbot focused on answering questions on peptide mapping data and associated knowledge base of method specification documents.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes required:

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a strong background in data sciences, and will be able to bridge the gap between analytical needs and software capabilities.

Competencies Preferred/ Required: 

• Expertise in Excel, Python & R is required.
• Additional knowledge of pyspark, SQL, and databricks may be beneficial.
• Interest in analytical chemistry including liquid chromatography or mass spectrometry is a welcome bonus.
