Google’s software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. Salary
Minimum qualifications:
- PhD degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with large scale systems design in Unix/Linux.
- Programming experience in one or more of the following: C/C++, Java or Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Graduated from a PhD program in Fall 2017.
- Research experience in Algorithms, Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Compilers, Database, Data Mining, Distributed Systems, Machine Learning, Networking, or Systems.
- Experience in Object Oriented programming.
- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Coding skills in Python or JavaScript/AJAX, database design and SQL, and/or knowledge of TCP/IP and network programming.
