Microwave Engineering for Medical Applications Fellowship
The purpose of these grants is to recognize and provide financial assistance to graduate students who show promise and interest in pursuing a graduate degree in applying microwave engineering to medical applications.
Eligible degrees may be in electrical engineering, applied physics, biomedical engineering or other appropriate field. The student must be engaged in research necessary for the degree program, not just course work. Research work must clearly involve the application of RF and microwave techniques to medical problems, supervised by a full-time faculty supervisor. It is expected that the student will be engaged in studies and research or thesis related activities for at least 12 months following the award.
