Morris Animal Foundation – Doctoral and Postdoctoral Fellowship in Wildlife Studies

The Foundation is now accepting proposals for Established Investigator, First Award, Fellowship Training and Pilot Study grants on topics relevant to wildlife/exotics health and welfare.*
Proposals are due Wednesday, November 14, 2018, by 11:59 p.m. EST.
*Excludes wild horses – please apply for projects involving wild horses during the call for large animal proposals.

$50,000 stipend per year
Eligibility
Applicants:
- Must have a DVM or Ph.D.
- Who are currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program and already have a DVM are eligible.
- May not have completed more than two years of full-time postdoctoral research training by the start of the fellowship.
- Must have completed the majority of coursework for their program and must devote at least 75 percent of their time to the funded research.
- Who are clinical residents or have clinical service requirements are not eligible.
