Partnerships

Following are links to websites resulting from Northeastern partnerships in support of PhD students.

Partnerships with non-academic organizations.

LEADERs is a new Experiential PhD program designed to immerse Northeastern PhD students into settings within organizations beyond the academy while they pursue projects that support their dissertation research.  More information about LEADERs is available at phd.northeastern.edu/leaders.  This site includes information for PhD students and advisors to (self) nominate students as well as information for partners who are interested in joining the program.  Members of the Northeastern community can view potential opportunities at: phd.northeastern.edu/leaders-opportunity.

Through a joint initiative with Northeastern University GSK employees have the opportunity to pursue select PhD programs.  A full listing of Northeastern’s PhD programs are available at: phd.northeastern.edu/program.  Interested GSK employees should complete the “quick application” form to express interest.

Partnerships that facilitate course cross registration.

All Northeastern PhD students are eligible to request cross-registration at the Tufts Sackler School.  Those interested in pursuing this opportunity should review the courses at the Sackler catalog and receive permission from their academic advisor.  The Northeastern Registrar cross-registration form must be completed with approvals from Northeastern and Tufts graduate offices.  For more information contact Margaret Wald.
